It would be a shame to miss out on his visit, wouldn&#8217;t it?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>The history of Le Belv\u00e9d\u00e8re in La Barre de Monts<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Belv\u00e9d\u00e8re du Pey de la Blet was created in 1996<\/strong>, 27 years ago. The Belv\u00e9d\u00e8re du Pey de la Blet is a real architectural project, <strong>set in the heart of the national forest of Saint Jean de Monts<\/strong>. It offers an enchanting panorama of the ocean, the Vend\u00e9e marshes for which the region is famous and, of course, the sand dune.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>Belv\u00e9d\u00e8re du Pey de la Blet<\/strong> overlooks the forest from a height of 25 m, offering a breathtaking view of the region. When the skies are clear and the clouds have taken a day off, you&#8217;ll be able to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.legrandjardin.net\/en\/alentours\/pont-dyeu\/\" data-type=\"alentours\" data-id=\"269\">see the Ile d&#8217;Yeu<\/a> in the distance. It&#8217;s enough to make even the least height-conscious dizzy. On the other hand, for those who are acrophobic, this may not be the tourist spot to discover.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally, the Belv\u00e9d\u00e8re du Pey de la Blet owes its name to a woman. The site is very popular with tourists, receiving between 500 and 1,000 visitors every day during the summer months, so it had to be fitted out in such a way that each passenger could fully enjoy his or her visit to the Belv\u00e9d\u00e8re du Pey de la Blet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Renovation in 2023<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The ONF<a href=\"https:\/\/www.onf.fr\/\" rel=\"noopener\">(Office National des For\u00eat<\/a>) is behind the project, which involves restoring the Belvedere du Pey de la Blet to make it even safer and more attractive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong>122 steps of the Belv\u00e9d\u00e8re du Pey de la Blet<\/strong> will soon be joined by 60 other friends above the trees, offering tourists a stairway to the sky with a 360\u00b0 view.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This will make the Belv\u00e9d\u00e8re du Pey de la Blet even more spectacular than it already is, and even more attractive to tourists.
